01. Site Manager

  • Gender: Male
  • Salary: 60000-70000
  • Qualification: Master/Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or relevant field
  • Experience: 3-5 Years (Preference will be given to candidates having served in an NGO providing harm reduction and HIV prevention services for People Who Inject Drugs (PWIDs)

02. Data Analyst

  • Gender: Male/Female
  • Salary: PKR. 125,000
  • Qualification: BS in Computer Science/Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Public Administration, Public Health or other relevant Social Science subjects (16 years equivalent)
  • Job Location: Karachi
  • Experience: 2 Years - 3 Years (Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis involving Data Extraction, Data Cleaning, Analyzing, Visualization, Estimation and Prediction using Data Tools. Preferably in the development sector of Health Data Sets.)

Terms & Conditions (Instructions)

  • Accountable for overseeing and carrying out all CoPC and outreach efforts by the terms of the Global Fund Grant. 
  • Responsible for the CoPC site's financial management of project-related activities.
  • Organise frequent meetings to discuss advocacy with key stakeholders at the project site office.
  • Review and confirm computerised data as well as data gathered by Outreach Workers (ORWs). 
  • Make sure the assigned staff enters data into the project MIS every day.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the project site team by setting up recurring meetings. 
  • Keep track of any meetings, delegations, visits, etc. that are connected to the project.
  • Review ORWs' daily reports to find concerns relating to the field and give the field personnel feedback.
  • Regularly assess the supply of commodities and pharmaceuticals, create needs, and spot-check their availability.
  • Keep in touch and have solid relationships with the local police, the government, and important community members. 
  • Accountable for capital asset repair and maintenance, project-related procurement, and supply management
  • Monitoring project activities regularly will help you find gaps and weaknesses, check your progress against goals, and determine what services you need. 
  • Ensure that administrative procedures are carried out correctly and efficiently.
