PST JEST Offer and Joining Letter Documents, Police Verification and Medical Certificate Process

Sindh Education and Literacy Literacy Department recruited Primary School Teacher (PST) and Junior Elementary School Teacher (JEST) job vacancies through IBA Sukkur. 

After completing the written process, the successful candidates will be given offer letters and joining letters to start teaching job in their respective schools. 

But, candidates are facing difficulties in the process of getting offer and joining letters. Here is the details for Sindh Education Department PST JEST jobs Offer Order, Police Verification and Medical Certificate.

Since it's too a hectic process to get your letter and afterwards proceedings such as Medical/Physical clearance and Police Verification. 

As I've gone through that phase, and tomorrow Taluka Dadu Females are going to get their Letters, I've decided to share the highlights for your assistance.

PST JEST Offer Letter Required Documents

The candidates who have received Primary School Teacher (PST) and Junior Elementary School Teacher (JEST) job offer letter from Sindh Education and Literacy Department are advised to submit below-given documents at their respective DEO officer.

• Original CNIC 
• Domicile 
• PRC (Photocopy)

Documents Required For PST JEST Medical/Fitness Test

After getting offer letter from Sindh Education and Literacy Department for the posts of PST and JEST, candidates will have to submit Medical Fitness certificate for appointment letter. 

Therefore, candidates are advised to submit below-given documents for Medical Fitness certificate. 

• Original copy of Offer Letter 
• Matriculation Certificate ( photocopy) 
• CNIC (Photocopy) 
• 4Medical Certificate Form ( to be bought from any photo state shop). 
• Two (02) Passport size photos

Procedure for PST JEST Police Verification

After getting, Medical Fitness Certificate the candidates of PST ans JEST have to get Police Verification certificate from their respective police station. 

To get PST JEST Police Verification Certificate, candidates are advised to follow the procedure given below.

Procedure: You have to appear in front of a Civil Surgeon along with the original Offer Letter, He will refer you to any Doctor for further clinical examination. That Doctor will write a few pathological tests, and you have to get done with those tests. After that submit above mentioned documents in an organized file. They will announce any specific that on which you will be able to collect your Fitness certificate from them.

For Police Verification I've attached pictures of the required documents below. Submit those documents and the concerned ones will tell you about further Proceedings.
